This policy explains how the invr website and network use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies. It should be read with our Privacy Notice.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on a device by a website. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kit storage, and device-based preferences. Some are necessary to provide a requested service; others may support analytics, personalisation, or advertising.
2. Our current website use
The public website at invr.ai does not currently set analytics, advertising, behavioural targeting, or social-media tracking cookies.
Our hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as IP address, browser type, requested path, timestamps, and security signals, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This infrastructure logging is not used to create a public professional profile or capability record.
3. Essential technology
The invr application may use strictly necessary device storage to:
- maintain security and network state;
- remember settings you request;
- protect keys or references under the control of your device; and
- route messages to a peerwise DID.
Strictly necessary technology is used only to provide or secure a service you request. Where information can remain on your device rather than being sent to us, the network is designed to prefer that approach.
4. Consent for future optional cookies
If we introduce analytics, personalisation, advertising, or another non-essential technology, we will update this policy and request consent where required before placing it. Refusing an optional cookie will be as easy as accepting it and will not prevent access to essential website functions.
5. Managing cookies and storage
You can use browser or device settings to inspect, block, or delete cookies and local storage. Blocking strictly necessary storage may prevent parts of the application from working.
Disconnecting from the invitation service is separate from clearing browser storage. When you disconnect, service-side deletion is handled as described in the Privacy Notice.
6. Changes
We may update this policy if the technologies used by the website or network change. The effective date appears above, and policy revisions are retained in our version history.
7. Contact
Questions about cookies or similar technology can be sent to privacy@invr.ai.
